Our Mission
To worship Jesus in authentic community while partnering with the Holy Spirit to build bridges of healing in the city of Milwaukee.
We Worship Jesus
We believe in the centrality of the gospel, the good news of Jesus: His perfect life, His sacrificial death on the cross for sinners, and His bodily resurrection. We believe that by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, we are forgiven and saved. In response, we give ourselves to the worship of Jesus with our whole lives and treasure the weekly rhythm of gathering together in corporate worship.
in authentic community
We believe real spiritual transformation takes place in the context of authentic community. Spiritual maturity is expressed through emotional and relational health. In this community, people are invited to come as they are, with the freedom to be honest about where they are. Together, we seek to cultivate confessional, forgiving, and reconciling relationships where encouragement, support, and accountability can flourish.
while partnering with the holy spirit
We welcome the presence and power of the Holy Spirit, believing that as followers of Jesus we share in the very life of God through the Spirit. We therefore live expectantly, inviting the Spirit’s work through all the gifts described in Scripture. We seek to partner with the Holy Spirit to usher in His Kingdom on Earth as it is in Heaven.
to build bridges of healing
We long to bridge the healing love and power of God’s presence with the real needs of our lives: for healing, freedom, love, identity, purpose, and belonging. Our desire is to create spaces and opportunities where people encounter God’s love and healing through the presence of the Holy Spirit. We pursue this calling through worship, prayer ministry, and by engaging the needs of the world: caring for the vulnerable, defending the weak, and working for justice.
