Our Staff

Rebecca and Dave moved from Columbus, Ohio, with their three children to plant Vineyard Milwaukee Church in response to God’s call to enjoy, bless, and serve the city of Milwaukee. Over the past decade, they have taught in Milwaukee Public Schools, worked with Milwaukee County’s housing division, and hosted countless neighborhood parties.

They love Milwaukee’s rich, diverse culture and are passionate about both celebrating the city’s beauty and advocating for its most vulnerable residents.

Rebecca has a deep longing for all children and teenagers to experience the love and belonging found in God’s family. She is especially committed to supporting youth in their formative years, including those in or aging out of the foster care system.

Dave is drawn to the “upside-down” nature of God’s Kingdom — where those often overlooked by society, such as the unhoused, the incarcerated, and the undocumented, are lifted to places of honor.

Along with the daily practices and gatherings that shape our spiritual lives, Rebecca and Dave believe that meeting weekly to worship Jesus and receive His grace and healing is essential. This practice anchors us in God’s love, forms us as family, and empowers us by His Spirit to participate in His Kingdom come in Milwaukee, as it is in heaven.
